About Kamela
Kamela Arya is an expert in Enterprise software technology with over 18 years in depth experience encompassing all major technology from client server applications through SAAS. Ms. Arya has worked for well-known start-ups such as early ERP vendor ASK Computers, database vendor Sybase and Tools vendor Uniface/Compuware. Kamela spent three years at Oracle where she was responsible for Product Management for a number of Internet products. As part of the founding team at IDS, an early stage data integration company, she worked to secure Series A round funding. Kamela’s management experience includes responsibility for a broad range of functional areas including Marketing, Product Marketing, Product Management, Partners programs, Engineering and Quality Assurance. Most recently, Kamela has provided small and medium size businesses with CRM expertise. Working closely with two of Salesforce’s preferred partners, Ventus Solutions and Sales Process Group, Kamela has been responsible for the implementation of Salesforce.com modules for sales, marketing or support for over 80 customers.  Ms. Arya holds a BS degree in Engineering from Stanford University.

As an interim manager, Ms. Arya can train product and product marketing managers to better align their tasks to be most effective for the current needs of the product.
